Why do I have to Verify my ID to request a withdrawal?

In August 2025 as part of an overall security upgrade to the site, we implemented the required Stripe ID Verification for withdrawals. Stripe is our 3rd party payment processing system. This process verifies that the person requesting a withdrawal from the account is the account holder. 

You will only need to be verified by Stripe once to request withdrawals, as it will save your verification for next time once passed. As Stripe is the same system that already processes our deposits and withdrawals, we can guarantee it is secure.
