# What should I do if I encounter issues or delays with my withdrawal?

Delays in withdrawal may be due to several reasons:

- An incorrect bank routing number was entered into Modern Treasury: please verify your information is correct.
- The bank account is not set up to receive deposits: please verify with your bank that you are able to receive deposits in USD.

Please keep in mind that withdrawal requests take 2-3 weeks to process from the submission date.
