# What happens to my wines if Vinovest were to go out of business?

Vinovest is committed to protecting our clients, no matter what.

Your wines and whiskey remain your property, fully insured and securely stored in world-class facilities. If Vinovest were to cease operations, you would retain ownership, and our storage partners would reach out to you to confirm your desired next steps. Specifically, you would have the option to either transfer your collection to another storage provider, have it shipped directly to you, or liquidate it via auction.

Your investment is always safeguarded, no matter what.
