Once an asset is sold, how do I withdraw my cash?

You will be eligible to withdraw your funds as soon as the sale is completed.

Step 1: Log in to your Vinovest account

Step 2: Click the wallet icon (top right corner)

Step 3: Select 'withdraw funds'

You will be asked to verify your identity via Stripe Verification in a pop-up window
You will receive an email from Modern Treasury to link your bank details

Step 4: Verify your identity via the Stripe Verification pop-up window

Step 5: Add bank details through the Modern Treasury link through your email

Both domestic and international options are available (routing #, IBAN, & Swift)

Step 5: Return to the main page in your account and use the wallet icon to select 'withdraw funds' (reload if necessary)

Step 6: Select which account you want to withdraw funds from

Step 7: Select an amount

Be sure to leave enough funds in your account for future storage fees to avoid late fees or enroll in autopay to automatically have your fees billed to a linked bank account or credit card of your choice.
