Yes. Vinovest is available worldwide, and anyone who is of legal drinking age in their country of residence is eligible to join. 

NOTE: Due to OFAC laws and regulations, Vinovest is not available in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea region of Ukraine.
